About Me

I’m Elise Sterling, your pet communicator. I’m able to connect to pets living and on the other side. I was born with a highly sensitive and open nature. I have had these and other “extra sensory” gifts for as long as I can remember. I’ve come to believe through my experiences that all life is sentient and has consciousness. We are all made of the same stuff and by the same force. We are simply kin; related in an intimate way.

“The cosmos is within us. We are made of star-stuff. We are a way for the universe to know itself”
-Carl Sagan

When I was a child, I had a very empathetic connection to animals. I understood animals. I didn’t have the pet communication skills I’ve built up today, but animals could understand me and I had a way of knowing what they needed. I held bees and other wild animals with no fear and was a friend to all animals. My early life was filled with theater and dance. I graduated from California Institute of the Arts with a BFA in theater. Then, I received my teaching diploma from Association Montessori International. I taught and managed education and social service programs for most of my early career. As I matured, I learned to quiet my mind through meditation. I began to recognize that still small space where I was receptive to my gifts.

I worked for an international psychic phone line offering individual Readings, Mediumship, and Animal Communication. I had the opportunity to work with people and animals from around the world and across the U.S. Now I work for myself with private clients. My work internationally showed me that distance does not matter. I’ve also learned through experience that pets usually know the reason for the call. I remember Millie, a cat from the U.K. With no information up front but her name and a brief physical description, she showed herself to me, standing up like a kangaroo with her arms at her sides (it was her signature move!) and also showed me a picture of her trying to push against a cat door, but it was closed. She wanted to know why she couldn’t go outside. Her person then revealed, they were specifically calling to have me tell Millie that the new neighborhood did not allow cats to go outside! Her person was having a catio built. Millie asked for some indoor cat grass in the meantime.
